What do we charge? After receiving your executive summary, we perform an initial review to see if your investment opportunity stands a reasonable chance of raising finance. If suitable, we will provide you with an outline proposal, including our charging structure: 1. Retainer fee is based on several distinct activities. They include: hands-on assistance to help you become fully 'investment ready' and prepare you thoroughly for due diligence marketing and post-marketing activities of your investment opportunity, ongoing advice, strategy and tactics with potential investors, leading up to completion of your fund exercise Charges tend to vary, dependant upon the amount of work that needs to be done. Retainer fees are normally offset from our success fee. 2. Success fee We charge a percentage of the overall amount we manage to raise for your business, usually in the region between 5% to 7.5% of the funds raised. 3. Warrant We seek to co-invest in the transactions we advise on in order to align our interests with those of our clients.
